Project 3

The client has drilled many bores with poor results, so the services of Sustainable Water were undertaken:

  • 3 High Probability Zones (HPZs) were identified on the property through the Stage 1 mapping and analysis.
  • Stage 2 onsite survey data were collected (Passive Seismic data and Gamma data) at each High-Probability Zone site.
  • The best site was prioritized and drilled, Water came in at several levels.
  • Total free-flowing quality water of over 25 litres per second (20,000 gallons per hour) was obtained between 219 and 226m.

The client's driller--who had many rigs and had drilled multiple bores over 30 years in the district--arrived at the site stated that the site chosen was a waste of time.

The driller, however, was completely shocked when over 20,000 gallons per hour flowed freely out of the top of the bore under pressure. The client was over the moon and stated that it had given the property much needed water security. The word spread amongst his neighbors.

Project 4a & 4b

A nearby neighbor, hearing of the success, requested the services of Sustainable Water.

  • 3 High Probability Zones (HPZs) were identified on the property through the Stage 1 mapping and analysis.
  • Stage 2 on-site survey data was collected (Passive Seismic data and Gamma data) at each High-Probability Zone (HPZ) site.
  • The first HPZ site was drilled to 290m. Water came in as many levels.
  • Total water of 8-10 litres per second (6,400 - 8,000 gallons per hour)
  • A second site was drilled to 360m resulting in at just under 19 litres per second (over 15,000 gallons per hour). Massive results for the farmer compared to all his other bores.
  • “The results have been exceptional. This has been a complete game changer. I intend to drill many more bores across my other properties and achieve water security for my business” BC
